Initiate Your Request
Log into your Bestar account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the furniture components in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of each box, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
